These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RevOps Plus regarding the use of our revenue operations services, website, and related offerings. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Business interruption or operational delays
- Data loss or corruption beyond our control
- Third-party claims or reputational damage
Force Majeure Provisions
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental regulations, war, terrorism, computer hacking, unauthorized intrusion, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Performance will be excused during such periods and resume when conditions permit.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in accordance with Cyprus legal procedures and regulations.
Jurisdiction: The courts of Limassol, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or related services, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
1 Direct Negotiation
Initial attempts to resolve disputes through direct communication and negotiation between parties within 30 days of issue identification.
2 Mediation Process
If direct negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation through recognized Cyprus commercial mediation services.
3 Legal Proceedings
Final recourse through Cyprus court system if alternative dispute resolution methods are unsuccessful or inappropriate.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Terms Modification Policy
Amendment Rights: RevOps Plus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days' advance notice to clients. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Notification Methods: Changes will be communicated via email, website posting, and direct notification for active service agreements. Clients may terminate services if they do not accept modified terms.
Grandfathering: Existing contracts may be governed by terms in effect at contract signing, unless both parties agree to adopt updated terms.
